I am currently a Director orchestrating an Enterprise Insurance Client\'s Business-Critical Data Analytics Migration Program to Snowflake/Databricks working for PremiumIQ, a boutique data and analytics consulting firm focused on helping insurance organizations make better, faster decisions through data.I have previous experience as a Technical Program Manager for a large professional service firm, managing large-scale Cloud Data & Analytics Projects/Programs, specializing in migrations, for Enterprise Clients from Pre-sales to Post Delivery cycle, utilizing a range of Cloud Modern Data Platforms. Additionally, I was a Technical Lead for a Boutique Consulting Firm developing ETL solutions and managing the data migration and conversion portion of complex ERP, HCM, and MES implementations, taking data off the critical path. Within that same firm, I led a team of Consultants to scale our delivery processes, being a key contributor to tripling its growth within a period of 3 years.
