I have successfully identified, diligenced, negotiated, and closed eight transactions across Western Canada and the UK, spanning industries such as heavy industrial product manufacturing, precision agriculture equipment, fireplace manufacturing, precision CNC machining, consumer packaged goods and plastics, food-grade conveyor systems, and road and construction implements. My purpose is forging strong partnerships to drive mutual success in business and life. As a key member of Tricor Pacific Capital\'s Business Development team, I will be focusing on the origination of proprietary M&A deals and supporting growth initiatives across our portfolio. My extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions is demonstrated through a consistent track record of identifying and executing high-value investments and establishing enduring partnerships. Before Tricor, as AVP of Corporate Development & M&A at Decisive Dividend Corporation, I played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s strategic vision and geographical footprint through multiple acquisitions in Western Canada and the UK. Earlier, I held senior investment advisory positions at Scotiabank, BMO, and Interior Savings Credit Union, focusing on wealth management and business lending. Holding a degree from the University of Manitoba and multiple certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Chartered Investment Manager and Personal Financial Planner, my educational background has profoundly informed my M&A strategies. I am deeply committed to aiding business owners in achieving their growth and transition aspirations, fostering lasting partnerships, and generating enduring value for all stakeholders.
