As a recent graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting, I am eager to begin my professional journey in the accounting and financial services industry. My academic experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting principles, having completed rigorous coursework in Auditing, Taxation, Intermediate and Advanced Accounting, as well as a few classes in Finance.Throughout my time at URI, I actively engaged in professional organizations such as Beta Alpha Psi and held leadership roles in both academic and social settings, including my fraternity Phi Kappa Psi. These experiences strengthened my skills in teamwork, time management, and communication which are qualities I believe are essential in today’s dynamic and detail-oriented accounting field.I’m genuinely excited to take the next step in my career and apply everything I’ve learned to real-world challenges. Whether it’s helping a business stay compliant, analyzing financial data, or supporting a team during busy season, I’m ready to contribute and keep growing. I’m especially motivated by the opportunity to work with others, learn from experienced professionals, and continue developing into the kind of accountant who adds real value to every organization I’m apart of.
