In addition, Tyler has supported the legal and compliance departments at a public asset management, broker-dealer, and mutual fund company. Tyler has experience researching financial technology including Initial Coin Offerings and Cryptocurrency. Through his education, professional experience, and family business, he has been involved with business transactions and risk mitigation at various stages of a corporation’s life cycle.Tyler graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and was Editorial Member of the Law Review. In addition, he earned his Master of Arts degree in Economics from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and minors in International Relations, Journalism, and Legal Studies from the University of Rochester. In his time at the University of Rochester, Tyler was a member of the varsity basketball team as a power forward and earned all-league honors.
