   Accountable to the Head of Alpha’s Implementation Professional Services NA, focusing on leading a re-design of how STT implements the Alpha platform for clients. Priority achievements have included oversight and execution of- Design of a future state implementation framework to serve as a “north star”; included the required activities, outputs, controls, tollgates and RACI and served as the foundation for Target Operating Model (TOM) design of the Alpha Professional Services function- Formalized Alpha “standard” client interaction and support model business process design in alignment with the middle office services STT provides to Alpha clients; deployed the standard on STT’s highest priority client Entrenched myself in “the field” to drive progress and delivery of the most strategic and mission critical milestones of the Alpha implementation for STT’s cornerstone $1.5+ trillion global asset management client. Priority achievements included- Establishing and documenting Alpha platform technology environment strategy and governance for the entire client program; included system architecture summary, code elevation strategy across CRD regions, entry/exit criteria for each environment and testing phase, data seeding and environment smoke testing approach, governance structure, and application release change management approach- Designing the client’s TOM in relation to Alpha aligned to investment lifecycle capabilities; included business processes for front office/investment compliance, middle office oversight, data operations and client service support- Establishing governance for and overseeing an exercise to process client data on Alpha’s platform in parallel with the client’s current state production environment in order to (1) validate the performance of key Alpha functionality; and (2) enable the client to perform interface development required to consume data prior to “go live” conversion
