I love security, data, and delivering results. For the past 4 years I have enjoyed leading application security programs at Amazon and diving deep into security issue identification and remediation. Prior to that I spent 9 years in security compliance program management at Microsoft and EY. My current focus is on extending security processes to large enterprise scale, establishing new security programs and solutions to meet third-party challenges, and obsessing over un-meet customer security needs. I am currently working on the following: • Accelerating Security testing to match the speed of software development• Advancing manual processes into scalable hands-off-the-wheel systems • Empowering developers with knowledge and tools so they can take ownership of their security • Automating creation of and access to security metrics
