I lead a cross-functional team to serve all website visitors and customers for 1-800Contacts.com, setting all-time (25 year) records for online revenue, orders, conversion, and AOS. As part of the e-commerce team we drive the core of the business forward. My team drives customer interviews and deeper customer insights so we can improve experiences with our brand and products. We are leading the implementation of a new content management system (CMS) and customer data platform (CDP) that is transforming our e-commerce experience and taking our revenue to the next level. I lead a team that is working across all of our storefronts (web, mobile apps, call center app) to deliver personalized and segmented experiences through AB testing and customer data.
