Throughout my career as a site superintendant I have demonstrated proficiency in all core areas of building. Including constructing custom homes, singles, townhomes, stacked/back to back towns, and midrise structures where I currently stand. Some of the core aspects of my daily routine include scheduling and managing trades, my team and daily site activities while maintaining strong team and trade relations. Other core responsibilities include site works, landscaping, Q/A, PDI\'s, trade procurement and scope/contract negotiations. I can juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining the quality my clients demand. I bring not only these essential skills but also a positive and cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. From framing custom homes to managing multi residential/high occupancy sites into apartment buildings.
