Monopoly Group Real Estate (MGRE) is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in 1031 exchanges, investment properties, and tenant representation. MGRE serves REIT’s, private equity firms, and high-net-worth investors. Monopoly Group is based in Tampa, Florida.I mainly work with tenants, helping them figure out where to locate, what to lease or buy, and how to structure deals that make sense for their business. I’m very hands on and spend a lot of time understanding how a space functions, what the zoning allows, and how the numbers shake out so tenants avoid bad fits and costly mistakes and deals actually get done.When I am not working I\'m probably at the wakeboard park learning new tricks on my wakeboard!
