With a solid tenure at Ingersoll Rand (formerly Gardner Denver) since 2014, I have previously held development and product engineering roles within the Nash organization, consistently taking on diverse responsibilities encompassing product design, improvement, and R&D testing and development. Additionally, my expertise extends to i2V integration, manufacturing optimization, quality improvement, root cause analysis, competitive analysis, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.In my role, I actively engage with multiple stakeholders across our organization, seamlessly collaborating with different departments to provide unwavering support to our internal team and customers. Product Manager
May 2014 — Present
Product Manager for NASH North America, providing extensive product support for dry screw vacuum pumps. In my role I help to support and assist effective product strategy implementation for our Dry Technology product portfolio to ensure profitable growth. I ensure our product range is always meeting the needs of our customers from a technical and commercial point of view. I provide technical support to ensure we meet product and system requirements working with the our applications team. I provide support to the service centers to ensure the proper inventory is held to support our customers and that pumps and built and tested properly. I provide training and support internal and external customers on pump maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls and testing. I provide training and support to the sales group on new and current products to ensure they are always prepared and informed. Prior to this role, I was a Development Engineer with the Centrifugal Blower product group, then the Liquid Ring product group, and most recently the Dry Screw Vacuum product group. In these roles, I had various responsibilities at various times including, but not limited to, new product development (both pumps and components), product and quality improvement, troubleshooting, sustaining engineering, R&D lab testing, technical support for production, procurement, aftermarket, and end users, specification development, process documentation, SAP support and development/maintenance of variant configurators.
