Beyond Risk is a Summit Partners-backed alternative risk-insurance company designed to help middle-market and SMB clients manage their risks. I am responsible for the full cycle of M&A, including targeting-sourcing of new opportunities coordinating the diligence process internally and with our external service providers, execution of the deals through signing and closing, and development of initial integration plan(s).Previously, I was a Managing Director at Harbor View Advisors where I led the Business Services sell-side investment banking practice and have more than a decade of Investment Banking and Corporate Development experience ranging across multiple verticals specializing in IT Staffing, Managed Services, Healthcare, and Tech-Enabled Services.I graduated from Florida State University with a business degree in finance. I am actively involved with ACG North Florida and in 2020, was named on Jacksonville’s 40 under 40 List.Outside of work, I am an avid golfer who enjoys listening to live music, attending sporting events and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
