Support the Resource Development team with spearheading database best practices which involve cleaning the database, extracting data to excel, create LOOKUPs, model the data for visualization needs to present to the board/ C-Suite individuals. We use the data to create goals and budgets for the year. During Event season managing 4 event websites and follow-up as well as cultivating lapsed donors, sponsors, and finding new business opportunities. Accomplished being charged with: extracting, cleaning & managing 3 appeal mailings lists per year, overseeing a database transition, implementing stewardship best practices, and developing & maintaining relationships with businesses & donors.
