I’m a sophomore at the University of Maryland studying Business Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and a proud member of the Stephen M. Schanwald Sports Management Program, where I serve on the Leadership Council. I made the Dean’s List in Fall 2024 and Fall 2025, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence and leadership. Through the Leadership Council, I help plan and execute initiatives that support the academic, professional, and personal growth of sports management students. I contribute to task forces, represent the program at events, and serve as a Schanwald Ambassador to promote outreach and engagement.As a co-founder of Shell Sports Management, LLC, an NIL marketing agency, I support collegiate athletes—especially in underrepresented and Olympic sports—by developing personalized brand strategies and securing local and national partnerships. I advise athletes on marketing, social media, and sponsorship opportunities, negotiate NIL deals, and maintain client relationships, while overseeing business operations and growth initiatives. This venture allows me to combine entrepreneurial skills with athlete representation, emphasizing meaningful, athlete-focused partnerships.Previously, as an NIL Agent Intern at Slice Sports Management, I gained hands-on experience securing NIL deals for athletes through cold outreach, brand partnerships, and sponsor negotiations. I managed the full deal process, supported athlete onboarding, tracked leads, and researched market trends and high-potential athletes.
