I partner with hospitals and health systems to implement and optimize evidence-based resuscitation programs, driving meaningful outcomes in patient care. My experience in leadership, mobile integrated healthcare and transitional care management has equipped me with a solid foundation for driving healthcare organizations forward.With over 18 years of experience as a paramedic and serving as Vice President of the North Dakota EMS Association, I bring strong expertise in census analysis, business strategy, and program development. Additionally, I am privileged to serve as Chair of the Bismarck State College Paramedic Program Advisory Committee, a CAMTS Site Surveyor, and a committee member for NAMIHP, where I help guide and shape EMS education, accreditation, and healthcare policies.I am passionate about advancing the EMS profession and improving health outcomes, particularly in rural areas. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, building on my Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Associate of Science in Health Information Technology.
