Responsible for the Operations And logistics, of a start-up fishing lure manufacturing company. Our focus is on making the most realistic, patented, soft plastic baits on the market. As our brand grew, and merged with another company in 2018, We opened another facility to accommodate demand. Our baits are currently selling in Walmart, Cabela’s, Tackle Warehouse, Scheels, and numerous “mom and pop” shops, along with social media and direct to consumer. We are growing rapidly currently employing 8-9 people, and hope to continue growing this highly sought after a and effective product line.
