   Jul 2022 — Present

   Lower Rotor Design Lead for FLRAA Main Rotor• Designed and iterated down selected configurations for FLRAA Rotor using 3DX environment• Iterated and progressed the baseline FLRAA main rotor components towards CDR level. Presented design status on multiple occasions to high level program and engineering leads• Rotor controls designer for FARA Increment 1 trade studies and HSHER development project• Material Review Board and Flight Safety Board member• Drafted and released RFI, RFP, and RFQ’s for long lead Rotor components such as Tension-Torsion straps and Pitch Bearings• Created engineering changes for release of development components. Utilized Model Based Definition in 3DX.• Manage export compliance as a BAER (EAR & ITAR) for the Rotors group. Lead export control jurisdiction and classification for parts working with expertise from engineering and operations• Conducted and evaluated tolerance stack-ups using GD & T principles for development or discrepant production rotors components• Onboarded multiple new employees; trained them to create/release ECs; provided guidance and assistance when required• Coordinate Director level weekly Staff Meetings with tech fellows, program leads and functional leads; created associated PowerPoint and presented during the meeting.
