A system.At BNY I designed a item document governance system with automated assignment logic, AI-assisted classification, and a real-time management dashboard — then led the working group that executed it. I built a Jira-based audit lifecycle tracker mapping every phase from proposal to closure with SLA windows and dependency logic. Both built in a contract role.
