About Tyler Hyppolite

Tyler is a freshman honors student at North Carolina A&T State University, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance. This past summer, she interned at Balyany Asset Management (BAM) on the Asset Servicing team, where she analyzed voluntary corporate action events, assisted in maintaining accurate records, and developed her skills in Excel, Bloomberg, professional presentations and more.Her academic background, including coursework in AP Economics and Business provides a strong foundation to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment like finance. At Whitney Young High School, Tyler was actively involved in extracurriculars such as Student Council, serving as Senior Class Officer, and as President of the Self Care Club, where she developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills.She also participated in programs like the Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP), gaining early exposure to the accounting industry through workshops, mentorship, and networking with professionals. This experience sparked her interest in accounting and finance and inspired her to join the National Association of Black Accountants, where she attended the Chicago Conference, connected with professionals from a variety of firms, and expanded her industry knowledge and network.Tyler is passionate about financial literacy, community impact, and expanding representation in business. She looks forward to continuing her growth through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and making meaningful contributions to the business world.
