I am currently a Senior Manager within Capital One\'s Enterprise Services Risk (ESR) organization. At Capital One, I support the Material Technology and Cyber Change (MTC) team, specializing in the identification of Targeted Risk Assessments (TRAs) for change-driven initiatives across the company. Previous to Capital One, I was at Deloitte in their Government and Public Services (GPS) practice, advising clients on implementing, monitoring, and analyzing their cybersecurity programs. Helping organizations achieve their mission and business objectives is a passion of mine-Throughout my experience at Deloitte, I had the incredible opportunity to lead, drive, and oversee large-scale cybersecurity programs within the Federal Government. Personal achievements of mine include- Managed an agency-wide information security program that governed over 40+ cybersecurity projects, led an Information Security Steering Committee composed of CIOs, deputy-CISOs, etc, and analyzed organization maturity and risk against CSF and NIST SP 800-53 controls- Developed a RMF A&A Program that instilled governance, processes, risk assessments, and metrics/reporting (via PowerBI), and training/awareness for ISOs, ISSOs, and other stakeholders for an agency with over 100+ information systems- Led portfolio management development and oversight for over 70+ cybersecurity shared services offered to FCEB agencies and SLTT governments, provided policy analysis on cyber requirements (e.g, EO, Zero Trust), and conducted market research on commercial/federal cybersecurity capabilities (e.g, Digital Identity, Incident Response, Cyber Supply Chain)- Created an agency-wide service delivery operating model to drive exceptional performance, transparency, and reliability of all customer-facing cybersecurity services offered to FCEB agencies, SLTT governments, and critical infrastructure organizations.
