Serve as the primary contact for a variety of accounts, maintaining prompt communication through email, Slack, and video calls- Perform extensive keyword research to create detailed SEO/content strategies that help drive organic traffic and keyword growth to clients’ websites- Identify areas of opportunity on client websites and offer solutions by performing in-depth technical audits and on-page optimizations- Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush & Ahrefs to present in-depth reports for clients\' campaigns- Project manage deliverables to ensure timely delivery across multiple departments- Problem solve and listen to clients’ questions and concerns to remove obstacles to campaign success while providing a top-notch client experience- Identify growth opportunities and work with the sales team to improve client retention- Offer mentorship and serve as an escalation point for other SEO team members- Assist leadership with specific initiatives and projects to further develop the department.
