Tyler Grisham has 30 years experience working with care delivery models for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. He is currently serving as the Florida Vice President for Optum\'s Home & Community Division. The product offerings include the clinical management of residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and independent living communities. Grisham joined Optum (formerly known as Evercare) in 1997 where his main responsibilities included growing the business with a concentration in provider relations, focusing on operational improvements to enhance the relationship with nursing home partners. Grisham then served as product lead for the nursing home based product line, concentrating on the development of innovative ways to expand the Optum care model to a larger audience in the nursing home, assisted living and community settings. Grisham was instrumental in the development and design of the UHC Care Advantage Plan, a new product innovation offering Optum’s clinical management, improved quality of life, and reduced medical utilization and expense for residents of assisted living communities.Grisham holds a Masters in Health Administration and Masters in Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelors of Science in Health Services Administration received from Lyon College, in Batesville, Arkansas.
