I am a Kentucky Rank I certified Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps teacher. I serve as the Senior Naval Science instructor (SNSI) and as the Academic Dean (Department Head) of a two-person department teaching citizenship development in a Congressionally-chartered Navy-centric citizenship program in a secondary school. Working with a student population hailing from both suburban and rural homes in a public school setting in Owensboro, Kentucky, I am the Head coach of the school\'s Air Rifle Team, and assistant coach to the Orienteering Team, Drill (Marching) Team (armed and unarmed), Color Guard Team, and Academic/STEM/Drone team. I work to identify life goals with students, work with them to develop plans for them to execute and meet their life goals, and push them to exceed what they think their capabilities are. My program routinely contributes hundreds of man-hours per year to our community, and has been a Distinguished Unit since 2015, and Distinguished Unit with Academic Honors (the highest grade of the highest unit award in NJROTC) since 2021.

I am an experienced Naval Officer who has completed a successful 21 year career in the military. I have a current TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, and I am available to work now.I have spent 9 years of my career living in foreign countries. Through those experiences, I have developed strong relational skills and sensitivity across cultural boundaries. I have a knack for finding simpler or more efficient ways to conduct business, and am skilled in Intelligence Analysis, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Public Speaking, and Military Operations. I have a background Secure Compartmented Information security programs, including personnel and physical security, security systems, project management experience in Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction.While I have strong military-related skills, many of those same skills are easily translatable to a variety of civilian jobs, and I am open to starting a new career path in a senior leadership position where I can apply creativity, employ my ability for finding efficiency, and make a company better able to deliver quality products.Contact me today to find out how I can make your company even better than it is today!
