At Ecotricity, I have held multiple roles that have allowed me to contribute to the company\'s success in the energy industry. Beginning as a member of the Pricing team, I worked closely with Sales to develop Ecotricity\'s supply portfolio through analytical support. My responsibilities included running pricing models, validating contracts, and providing key commercial insight on Ecotricity\'s supply portfolio. I also managed large debtor accounts as a senior member of the Business Credit Team, effectively reducing overall debt and implementing credit control measures.Building on this experience, I have recently transitioned into the role of Energy Trading Analyst. In this capacity, I leverage my strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, assess risk, and optimize trading strategies. Using advanced modeling techniques and data analysis tools, I forecast energy market movements and develop pricing models to identify trading opportunities. I closely monitor supply and demand dynamics, energy prices, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions that drive profitability and mitigate risks.Collaboration is a key aspect of my role as an Energy Trading Analyst. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to align trading activities with overall business goals and objectives.
