ABOUT TYLER DRUCKER
As a Development Manager at RISE: A Real Estate Company, I work hard to ensure the success of the market rate multifamily development team. In my current role I am actively involved in numerous aspects such as: site acquisition, entitlements, market analysis, site due diligence, project design, and financial underwriting. I work closely with attorneys, equity partners, real estate agents, engineers, architects, and political officials. I keep track of the various elements of each project to ensure that all milestones are met on a timely basis. I am currently engaged in numerous projects in various stages of development, while also building a pipeline for future developments. Within my first year I managed the acquisition of a 224-unit townhome project that is expected to deliver in winter of 2023.
