With over 13 years in the propane industry, and 10 years in management, I’ve built my career on driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and building lasting customer relationships. From retail operations to distribution, I’ve had the opportunity to manage multiple locations, oversee P&L performance, and develop team members into leaders.What sets me apart is my belief in empowering people. Whether it’s helping a customer find the right solution or mentoring an employee into their next role, I take pride in building trust, solving problems, and getting results.Over the years, I’ve consistently exceeded sales goals and turned around underperforming markets, all while putting people first. I’m currently a Division Manager in the propane industry focused on strategic growth, safety, and operational excellence.Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three boys and husband to an incredible woman.
