I\'m an adaptive professional moving into the agency management industry with 14 years of experience in customer experience roles with a passion for retention. I recently graduated from Belmont University with a Master\'s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership with a focus in nonprofit management and development. For my Capstone project, I worked with the wonderful team at Tennessee Justice Center on their annual Mothers/Caregivers of the Year campaign which raised $15K in twenty-four hours and over $200k throughout the entire campaign.In addition to these accomplishments, I was recently appointed as a Notary Public for the State of Tennessee and have assisted individuals in notarizing documents throughout their hiring processes and had the honor of signing some dear friends\' marriage licenses.
