I am a Partner in the Albuquerque office of the Hall Booth Smith, PC. I am a member of the Litigation Department where I practice in the areas of products and general liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage/bad faith and commercial litigation. I have represented a broad spectrum of clients in products liability and class action matters, breach of warranty claims, wrongful death claims, tort and personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, professional liability claims, breach of contract claims and other areas of civil litigation. I have had the opportunity to represent clients in both jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. In addition, I have represented clients before various administrative tribunals.
