I currently work as the Quality Assurance Manager for Ramona Research - A HEICO Company, building ruggedized microwave and radio-frequency transmitters, receivers and power amplifiers for commercial and military applications. IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) August 1, 2019 through August 2025 -Maintain AS9100D certification 2019 to present with zero non-conformities-Train onboarding and existing employees on the Quality Management System and job-specific procedures-Review, approve, and input to Epicor ERP all incoming purchase orders to honor all quality, DFARS, schedule, and cost requirements from customer contracts-Actively participate in weekly production meetings with management team to track production and update forecasts-Manage IT assets throughout lifecycle as network and Microsoft 365 admin, including hardware and software upgrades for 21 employees-Troubleshoot embedded Linux systems, IP cameras, modems, routers, encoders, and switches using SSH/ethernet/serial connections.(In addition to responsibilities as Quality Technician below.)
