I am the Chief Operating Officer at ECS Technology Solutions, a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses in various industries. I have been with ECS for over four years, and have progressed from IT Project and Service Desk Manager to Commercial Operations Officer, and finally to COO.In my current role, I design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company\'s culture and vision, and foster its performance and growth. I have a passion for finding and delivering the best solutions for each client, using the latest and most reliable technology. I have multiple certifications in AWS, Fortinet, and 3CX, and a strong background in computer information systems, cybersecurity, criminal justice, and business management. I have successfully improved the service desk\'s first call resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction, as well as managed and coordinated resources for various IT projects. I also oversee the daily operations of the company, and manage relationships with partners and vendors. I enjoy working with a team that shares my values of quality, integrity, and innovation.
