I\'m a diligent IT professional with experience managing multiple systems and infrastructure, to include on-premises, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS. My current role has provided the opportunity to facilitate data protection, endpoint security, IAM, data backups, event monitoring/response and provide end user support.My experience includes configuring new and existing infrastructure, various applications for security and event monitoring, patching, antivirus protection, network devices and data backup processes. My priorities revolve around the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, as well as ensuring the proper authentication, authorization and accountability of systems. My daily goal is to provide effective and proactive solutions for my company and my team.I am also a former law enforcement officer with valuable skills such as leadership, problem solving, effective communication and collaboration with others.
