    Head of Employee Engagement and Patient Experience responsible for enterprise listening strategies to enable improvements in the overall consumer experience. Scope included Employee & Labor Relations from 1/20 to 5/24. Patient Experience was added 10/24 with leadership restructuring.• Strategic Leadership: Direct the strategy for enhancing the UCM work environment to support overall business growth. Partner with executives to align sponsorship and resources for new initiatives and continuous improvement for programs; for example, a mission, vision and values redesign; launching comprehensive remote work capabilities; and campaigns and events that promote employee belonging.• Listening & Analytics: Lead efforts to systematically collect, analyze and use employee and patient feedback (i.e. surveys, focus groups, advisory councils, etc.) and oversee the action planning approach to drive improvements in the overall consumer experience.• Employee Engagement: Administer programs to enable leadership capabilities, enhance staff connection to the health system mission, and foster a culture where UCM is seen as a premier healthcare provider and employer of choice.
