This passion led me to purchase a 1990 Toyota Celsior, a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicle equipped with features not available in the U.S. when I started college. Owning a JDM car introduced me to the complexities of sourcing specialty parts from Japan, sparking my curiosity about global logistics. Realizing my growing interest, I pivoted my academic focus from nursing to international trade, a decision that shaped my career trajectory.While in college, I combined my entrepreneurial mindset with my love for cars by sourcing, shipping, and selling hard-to-find automotive parts—such as engines and transmissions—to buyers across the European Union, Canada, and the United States. This hands-on experience in global trade laid the foundation for my professional journey into the dynamic world of international logistics and commerce.Today, I leverage my background in global trade and logistics to drive results and manage complex international operations. With expertise spanning customer service, import/export logistics, sales, and international business, I thrive on connecting people, goods, and services across borders.
