Having worked in the industrial wholesale industry for over 20 years, I have gained a great understanding of sales, market place and respect of all aspects of running a branch. Having worked in the warehouse, inside sales, outside sales and manager; I can relate to my team having worked in those positions. It’s important to me to be passionate and believe in what you do; don’t just delegate, be hands on and set high expectations – support and believe in your team! A leader knows they can’t do it alone.
