Software Engineering Associate Manager on the Orion program, within Lockheed Martin’s Commercial Civil Space business area, leading the network, video, and data transfer/recording teams (NCIS & VPUD). I am accountable, effective at prioritizing, and understand that achieving any bold vision requires the enlistment of others. I excel at team-building and creating teams unified around solution discovery. I have a “big picture” mindset gained from my systems engineering experience and MBA education that has given me a breadth of knowledge in multiple spacecraft subsystems and business practices. Prior, I worked on the Orion spacecraft as a Senior Software Systems Engineer Lead within the Backup Flight Software team for Orion\'s crewed Artemis II mission. Also supported LM Space’s Advanced Programs with the NextSTEP Gateway program as the SW Lead for the US HABitation module and CDM proposal win. Masters in Business Administration degree ‘21 with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship at UC Denver\'s Graduate Business School.    Flight Software Lead for the Lockheed Martin developed Transporter, part of Blue Origin’s Sustainable Lunar Development (SLD) architecture to enable crew & cargo delivery to the lunar surface. Leading team of engineers working full lifecycle of flight software deliverables (requirements, design, development, test, verification, validation) to enable a crewed human landing to the lunar surface for the Artemis V mission.
