About Tyler Bridge
Raised in Hamilton, Ohio, I come from a place called the \"Rust Belt.\" Like so many across Ohio, I was born to a community experiencing the pain and struggle of a rapidly changing world. But Hamilton never gave up-and I\'ve made it my life\'s goal to help communities across Ohio dream the same. I am a public finance attorney who works with Ohio public entities, including the state’s growing communities, to help them finance development projects and meet their economic goals. I specifically have experience with several state and local economic development incentives, such as Community Reinvestment Area (CRA), Tax Increment Financing (TIF), New Community Authority (NCA), Joint Economic Development District (JEDD), Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), and other development-focused programs. I\'ve also visited 70 of Ohio\'s 88 counties. and counting!
