About Tyler Bennett

I am a precise mixture of friendliness and tenacious commitment. I am a servant-leader who will do everything possible to make sure my associates are successful. I work with those who take an active role in affecting positive change both personally and professionally. I’m most interested in a person’s desire to improve rather than their job title. Using a collaborative leadership style that brings together multiple viewpoints to accomplish objectives, I’m much like a lens that focuses light. I love sharing knowledge. In the same way that others have helped me throughout my life, I want to help those that I come into contact with. I view failures as teachable moments which allow us the opportunity to create better versions of ourselves. At a very young age I learned that actions carry consequences. These consequences can lead to great success or great failure. We celebrate both. The failures simply provide the opportunity to learn what to do different next time.It is the responsibility of the leader to bring meaning to work. This is accomplished by clearly explaining how an associate’s efforts fit into the organization’s goals. Clear expectations are paramount to high-level performance. Also, taking time to say “thanks” for a job well done is essential. I carry all three of these tasks into my work every day.
