I am an energetic and reflective executive with a passion for personal and professional development and teaming. I lead inclusively with an emphasis on integrity, accountability, collaboration, compassion, and courage. Below are my working identities.I am a manager at EY in the Forensic and Integrity Services national practice where I manage engagement teams consulting to clients on a variety of matters including investigations, compliance, governance, and insurance and federal claims. Within Forensics I am a Change Management Advisor supporting our ongoing business transformation. In addition to Forensics, I served on secondment in Global Learning at EY where I worked on multicultural and multinational teams to ensure our priority global assurance learning solutions were delivered to an exceptional standard. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. I am a self-employed executive coach. I partner with my clients to maximize their professional and personal potential. I work with my clients on a range of matters including team management, leadership development, delegation, new roles, career transitions, work life balance, change, and more. My coaching approach involves unconditional care and compassion, building awareness, courageous conversations, integrity, accountability, play, and unconscious exploration. In my conference work, I apply a system psychodynamic perspective, study authority relations, and analyze the way organizations function to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness. By studying the conscious and unconscious dynamics of groups, I explore projective identification, transference, countertransference and more. I am a proud Boston College alum where I studied Accounting and Economics at the Carroll School of Management. My senior year I was the recipient of the St. Ignatius Award for Personal Development. I am passionate about coaching, LGBTQ+ advocacy, mental health, psychedelics, soccer, pickleball, yoga, calisthenics, house and techno music, Taylor Swift, John Summit, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and being an uncle.

   Whether facing acts of fraud, government investigations or regulatory inquiries, major litigation or transactional disputes, clients turn to EY\'s Forensic & Integrity Services practice for assistance. The Forensics practice is comprised of both forensic accountants and technologists that work with clients’ legal counsel, internal audit and compliance departments investigating complex issues and developing practical solutions that address operational challenges. Forensics teams apply the collective knowledge and insight gleaned from working across industries and geographies to help clients conduct fraud risk assessments, institute proactive anti-corruption programs and utilize forensic data analytics that enable corporations to manage risk and regulatory compliance.As a Manager in EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services national practice, I primarily work in the Financial Services and Health sectors with experience in Investigations, Federal Claims, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering. Notably, I led large (150+) multinational teams focused on state and federal funding for the COVID-19 pandemic and developed compliance solutions that integrate culture data, systems thinking, and behavioral science principles.
