After nine years in the United States Army, where I served as both a team lead and instructor, I transitioned into a ServiceNow career through the NextGen program. Today, I work as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, helping organizations solve complex problems and get real value from the platform. My military experience built a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
