ABOUT TYLA CLEATOR
I work at the intersection of organisational strategy, leadership systems and executive decision-making in complex global organisations.Over the past decade I have held roles across strategy, transformation and Chief of Staff positions at SAP and ServiceNow, working with leadership teams to navigate growth, organisational change and regional expansion across global markets.I currently work in Global Strategy and Value-Led Transformation at ServiceNow, driving and contributing to strategic initiatives and organisational alignment across international teams.Previously at SAP, I served as Chief of Staff to the ANZ President and Managing Director, supporting regional leadership priorities during a period of significant growth. I later worked in the APJ Transformation Office, where I contributed to regional transformation initiatives including digital skilling programs that impacted more than one million learners across the region.Alongside my corporate work, I write about structural leadership, sustainable ambition and the dynamics that shape how modern organisations actually function.I was recognised as a Women in Digital Skills Leader and have completed executive education in negotiation at Harvard, the Future of Work at MIT, AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance at Oxford, and governance training through the Australian Institute of Company Directors. All views are my own.
