Devise methods for identifying data patterns, trends in available information sources using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques. Determine and recommend additional data collection and reporting requirements- Develop, apply, update, forecast, and teach Military Health System (MHS) information derived from Defense Health Agency (DHA) policy-driven measures and methodologies- Perform data extraction and analysis, statistical data modeling, and forecasting of MHS data to include direct care admissions and encounters, purchased care healthcare claims, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) financial and personnel, and Defense Medical Human Resource System internet (DMHRSi). This includes healthcare data from legacy CHCS/AHLTA systems and MHS GENESIS- Prepare and deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), including slidedevelopment, population health reporting, data visualization, and actionable recommendations- Bridge user experience, product development, and business strategy, advocating for the customerwhile aligning with company goals- Analyze health outcomes, quality, and utilization data to demonstrate impact and identifyopportunities for program optimization.
