I’m a hands-on Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer who loves solving complex problems, building reliable systems, and improving how technology supports the business. Although I’ve held senior and director-level titles, I’m intentionally seek for roles where I can stay close to the technical work rather than stepping back into heavy management. I enjoy leading when needed, but I prefer that the hands-on engineering side always remains the core of my role.Over the years, I’ve designed high-availability clusters, built secure cloud and hybrid environments, implemented SIEM and monitoring ecosystems, and led large-scale Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and Office 365 projects. From unifying VMware ESX environments and architecting disaster recovery strategies to optimizing networks and deploying security frameworks, I’m at my best when I’m deep in the technology, troubleshooting, analyzing, designing, and improving.I’ve supported 200+ internal users and thousands of external partners, delivered mission-critical projects, and standardized processes across infrastructure, security, and cloud operations. But the part I enjoy most is the technical challenge itself: digging into root cause analysis, strengthening performance, enhancing security, and building systems that simply work.What matters to me is staying hands-on, working with modern technologies, and continuing to grow as an engineer.
