With over 24 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, I am dedicated to public service, technical excellence, and people-centered leadership. As a licensed professional engineer, I have led multidisciplinary teams and delivered impactful infrastructure projects across the country — from advanced treatment upgrades to utility-wide resilience planning.Currently, I serve as the Supervising Engineer for Process Engineering at Austin Water, where I oversee a team of engineers supporting our three major drinking water treatment plants. I collaborate closely with executive leadership to align operations, regulatory compliance, and capital improvement plans with the long-term needs of our community.In 2023, I helped establish a unified Process Engineering team based on shared values — presence, strength, groundedness, intelligence, humanity, and respect.
