I\'m a Product Designer with nearly a decade of experience creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that solve complex problems and drive business growth. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in design systems and AI to help build the next generation of intelligent, user-first products.My design philosophy is built on the belief that true, long-term success comes from deeply understanding user needs. I champion company-wide collaboration to transform complex challenges into elegant solutions. This approach was key during my time at SIXFIFTY, where my work on several core features was instrumental in the company\'s successful acquisition. I led the design for multiple AI-powered features, including a legal Q&A system that achieved a 96% success rate in answer quality.My passion for design isn\'t just a career; it\'s been a part of my life since I was young, creating posters and t-shirts for my local church. This early love for visual communication grew through my experience in agencies, where I managed brands and built large-scale design systems, and it continues today in my work developing exceptional products.When I’m not designing, I’m enjoying a fulfilling life here in Sandy, Utah. My partner, Sinead, and I recently welcomed our baby girl, Rowan, and our home is made even fuller by our two dogs and cat. I enjoy hands-on projects around the house, experimenting with smoking meats, and exploring the beautiful Wasatch mountains. As a big fan of soccer and Formula 1, I also love to unwind by playing video games with friends on the weekends.I\'m currently seeking new design leadership opportunities in product design. 1. Lead Product Designer

   As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for driving the end-to-end design strategy and execution for the company\'s core product. A key part of this leadership role was mentoring a junior designer, developing their skills to become an excelling contributor to our team. Working closely with leadership and engineering, I delivered high-impact features that ultimately led to a successful company acquisition.A key part of my role involved spearheading the design of several critical features that significantly enhanced the product\'s market position and value. I owned the entire design lifecycle for these initiatives—from initial research and concept validation through to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff—ensuring the work directly supported the business\'s strategic goals.I also focused on driving product innovation by integrating artificial intelligence into our core offering. I led the design for multiple AI-powered features, most notably a pioneering legal Q&A system. This project involved designing intuitive interfaces for complex user workflows, resulting in a tool that achieved a 96% success rate in answer quality and dramatically improved efficiency for our customers.To improve scalability and development velocity, I designed and implemented a comprehensive design system from the ground up. This involved a full UI audit and the creation of a robust component library, establishing a single source of truth that fostered visual consistency and empowered our teams to build higher-quality experiences faster.
