   I Serve as the primary financial officer for a chapter of 140+ members, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring fiscal accountability. Manage the collection and administration of over in annual revenue, maintaining strong collection performance through proactive communication and payment plan coordination. Meet regularly with the chapter accountant to establish member dues and develop budget forecasts, while monitoring budget performance against actuals. Handle all payments related to the chapter house, including vendor payments and member reimbursements. Navigate sensitive financial discussions with members and support individualized payment solutions. Participate in negotiations for employee contracts and contribute to strategic financial planning. Maintain accurate financial records and support transparent reporting to chapter leadership.
