I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate dedicated to multicultural, humanistic, whole-person wellness. My clinical work focuses on the psychotherapy process with an emphasis on cultural work that eclectic, humanistic, and open-minded. With over 16 years of experience in education, 11 years of expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility and 12 years of leadership experience. OUR APPROACH Together through relational power (shared power), we will co-create the focus areas of the Office of Equity and shape the actions and outcomes of state government. Serve a governing body external to the Washington State, Office of Equity. Ensure proper oversight and enable the organization to make consistent progress toward its mission. Identify policy and system barriers to service in the Washington state government. Provide recommendations and Create priorities for the Office of Equity. Responsible for creating a strategic plan to identify long and short-term goals and working toward achieving them. Foster systems change to create a government for the people, by the people, and of the people.
