About Tyce Deal

I love making positive change for the enterprise and the people within it. Almost as much as opening a box of fresh Air Jordan 1’s. Nothing excites me more in the workplace than being able to take on new ventures, tackling old paradigms, and doing my best to make us collectively better. I cringe when people say “IT and the business”. It’s “Our Business”; and the traditional role of IT lessens every year as tech comes to the forefront in every revenue stream and cost saving opportunity. I’m continuously humbled by every chance to help lead the transformation.A strong advocate for Life Work balance. Not the other way around, as family and health come first. I’ve yet to see anyone’s resume on their tombstone. A balanced personal life makes for an even better team member. When not in the office I’m either burning calories exercising, or putting them back on while watching sports, movies, or TV reruns. I’m always working on mastering the delivery of a good Michael Scott quote. Nothing brings me more joy than being sent a comical and prior unseen meme or GIF.
