I am an experienced and proven claims leader in the insurance industry with a passion for leading people, driving aligned practices, and enhancing company performance I have effectively led claims operations as large as ~300 employees located across the U.S. in multiple field offices for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. I spearheaded claims efforts to steadily reduce loss ratio from meeting goal of 64% to exceeding goal at 46% through the identification and implementation of workflow and process improvements. I worked in collaboration with underwriting, sales, marketing, product, actuary, and other key stakeholders to produce nearly $400M in premium revenue at a loss ratio of 60%.
