I\'ve spent over 20 years at the intersection of two worlds that don\'t always speak the same language : Aerospace and Digital technology. Working across some of the most complex and high-stakes programs in aerospace manufacturing, I\'ve learned something that most technology leaders take too long to discover: the hardest part of digital transformation isn\'t the technology. It\'s making it land in an environment where precision, safety, and operational continuity are non-negotiable.Today, I lead digital and AI programs as a Director at Sopra Steria, focused on delivering business-driven transformation across the full aerospace value chain; from operations and quality on the shop floor, to customer and airline services, to the emerging frontier of AI and Industry 4.0.Over the course of my career I\'ve managed large, complex accounts, including programs with teams of 450+ across France, Germany, the US, UK, and India; established global delivery models, led SAP transformations across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customer services, and built Innovation showcases spanning AI, cloud, blockchain, augmented reality and mobile technologies.What drives me is the moment a team stops seeing a digital program as an IT project and starts seeing it as the way they work.
