Currently working as Product Manager of 5G RAN CU/DU Stack and helping customer to build innovative solution in various domain.• Earlier worked as Founding Member & Engineering Head at TechPhosis and Helps Conceptualizing Product Development in Areas of Wireless Technologies like 5G/6G, AI/ML, Security.• Earlier worked as Product Owner of Radisys (Reliance JIO Company) 5G NR O-CU SA/NSA product line and overall responsible for development of new features, customer deliveries & pre-sales.• Earlier worked as Architect of Capgemini 5G NR CU SA/NSA stack and responsible for starting SA mode development from scratch to a mature stack. • Vast experience of working on various 5G Protocols like (O-RAN), FAPI etc.• Good understanding of O-RAN ecosystem like RIC/xApp and SMO.• Wireless telecom experience ranging from 5G SA/NSA, LTE, WiMax 16m, GPRS and BSC domain.• Excellent working exposure of Open-Source Wireless Tools (RAN & Core) for 2G/3G/4G/5G like OpenAirInterface, srsRAN, Open5GS, OpenBTS etc. • Excellent working exposure of Tactical Communication like Wireless Search & Rescue Security Solutions and Other Defence Technologies.• Working experience of development in 4G & 5G areas since 2010.• Hands on experience of all phases of Product development including requirements, design & implementation of protocols & features, End-to-End system integration and system testing.• Vast experience of Project Management (From Team Building to Final Deliveries and Support).• Working Experience of Pre-Sale and Product Management. • Ability to quickly ramp up for new technology areas and prepare design from etc. specifications to module level decomposition and then to code• Good exposure of 5G/LTE Layer 3, Radio Resource Manager (RRM), Self-Organizing Networks (SON) and Operation & Maintenance (OAM), FAPI Integration and E2E system.• Good exposure of various interfaces of eNodeB i.e. S1/X2/M2 (S1AP/X2AP/M2AP Protocols), NMM & FAPI interface. Good exposure of various interfaces of gNodeB i.e. NG/Xn/F1/X2 (NGAP/XnAP/F1AP/X2AP Protocols).• Vast experience of analyzing/testing/bug fixing of various stacks, features on various environment.• Vast experience of System integration involving End-to-End nodes for 5G, LTE, WiMax 16, GPRS and BSC.
