I have worked at TEAMWRKX Construction since June 1, 2015 and became a Principal in July of 2023. Before then I have held roles working in the field and the office. These roles required my involvement in all parts of the company from insurance and safety where I started in 2015 to project delivery and company management today. Among my several scopes, I primarily serve an Assistant Project Manager leading and supporting TEAMWRKX teammates as we collaborate with property owners & managers, tenants, brokers, designers, subcontractors, and government agencies to meet the design, budget, and timeframe requirements of our projects. This includes day-to-day project documentation, schedule creation and maintenance, and negotiation. I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with Abbott, Apple, Bay Area Community Health, ChargePoint, Fairfield BMW, Google, Honda Motors, Lam Research Corporation, Lincoln Property Company, Mattson Technologies, NTT, OMRON, Penske Automotive, Schomp Automotive, Tesla Motors, Volkswagen Fairfield, and Walmart among others.
